Mortgage rates continue to decline to their lowest levels due to concerns with the COVID-19 Delta variant, according to Housing Wire and Freddie Mac. Economists were predicting an upward trend for this year, but that hasn’t been the case at least this summer. The 30 year rate hit a low of 2.77% this week with the 15 year holding at 2.10%.
